People with reduced mobility
A quota of seats in the stalls is reserved for people in wheelchairs.
These seats are priced as for the 3rd series. Bookings must be made no
later than ten days before the date of the concert.

(*) Seating shall be allocated within the limits of available seats and categories.
(**) The “Clé Capitole Jeune” card is for young people under the age of 26 and
covers three admissions to any type of activity organized by the Orchestre National du Capitole
de Toulouse and the Théâtre du Capitole.

has been validated 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the concert or in 3rd level during booking.
Tickets remain valid for one season only.

Subscription
Any subscriber who would like to purchase additional tickets for any concert scheduled by the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse (with the exception of Sundays) or any performance scheduled by the Théâtre du Capitole is entitled to a 10% reduction on the price of the ticket.
The Management may need to amend programmes or allocations and in this event tickets will not be taken back or exchanged.
Chèque Toulouse Jeunes
The performance Chèque, from the Chéquier Toulouse Jeunes (Toulouse Young People’s Chequebook) for young people aged from 18 to 26, entitles you to an €8 reduction for an operatic, choreographic or symphonic performance and for the purchase of a Clé Capitole Jeune card. On sale at:

How to book
Postal applications will be processed first and in the order in which the letters arrive.

At the box office from 6th September 2008*
Halle aux Grains (Place Dupuy): from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 to 5.45 p.m. Théâtre du Capitole (Place du Capitole): on Monday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 to 5.45 p.m. and from Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
(*) With the exception of the “Clés Capitole Jeunes” and “Jeunes”(young people’s) prices, which will be effective from 12th September 2008.

Telephone bookings must be made at least 7 days before the date of the concert, and must be paid for within a period of 6 days after the call.
Once this period has expired the seats will be put back on sale.
Collecting tickets
Tickets applied for by post or by telephone will be sent to you as soon as payment has been received. They can be left for collection at the Halle aux Grains box office up to 5 days before the concert. Once this period has expired, you can collect them from the Halle aux Grains ticket office half an hour before the concert begins.
How to renew your subscription
Previous subscribers will be given priority for renewing their subscriptions up until 28th June 2008.
Previous subscribers may renew their subscriptions as follows:
In order to be eligible to pay in three monthly instalments (debited on 30th June,
28th July and 25th August) there will be no change to the previous subscription.
Applications must reach us before 13th June 2008.
How to subscribe
New subscribers may only take out one subscription:
Subscriptions will be allocated according to the dates on which the applications arrive.
The subscriptions will be issued with effect from 16th September 2008 at the Halle aux Grains or sent by post, depending on the choice made on the subscription form.
